If you’re new to EasyDeploy, this guide answers common questions about the platform, the services we offer, and how to get started.

What is EasyDeploy?

EasyDeploy is a way to build, manage and maintenance your AWS Servers.

For an annual subscription, we provide access to a set of plans for Single or Multi-Instance type of servers and tools you can use to run your own server—no AWS cloud server development experience required.


What operating systems do you support?

We support all variants of Amazon Linux, Ubuntu, CentOS, Redhat and FreeBSD operating systems.

How do I escalate an issue to management?

You can always send an E-mail to with the case reference number in it followed by your concern and the E-mails are all actioned in a timely manner.

Is my information kept secure?

Yes, we keep the data encrypted and the encrypted data is fetched through 2 factor authentication.

Do you store my payment information?

No, we do not store any of your payment information, all you credit card debit card information are all routed through PayPal.

Can I outsource my support to you?

Yes, you can but please be sure to write to us through our Contact US page to get a customized plan for you.

What does your monitoring service include?

We monitor your HTTP(S), E-mail, POP, IMAP, DNS, Server Load, Disk space availability.

Is my server 100% hack proof?

No, infect no environment is 100% hack proof, even Facebook, LinkedIn, yahoo networks do have NEWS of being compromised. Our setups are made sure that hacking is prevented in all the ways known to be possible.

What is my cancellation procedure?

You can always cancel your subscription through your account portal. The cancellation is termed to completed once you receive a termination notification from us.

What is a Request case?

A request from a User for information, or advice, or for a Standard Change or for Access to an IT Service. For example, to reset a password, or to provide standard IT Services for a new User.

What is the response and resolution time for request cases?

The response time for a request case is 1 hour and resolution time for a request is 5 hours. However, we usually complete the request cases within few minutes.

What is an Incident?

An unplanned interruption to an IT Service or reduction in the quality of an IT service. Failure of a configuration item that has not yet affected service is also an incident. For example, a website failure.

What is the response and resolution time for Incidents?

The response time for Incidents is 30 minutes and resolution time is 4 hours. However, we take incidents seriously and resolve the same within few minutes of occurrence.

Do you manage Adult servers?

Yes, we do manage Adult servers.

What is your refund policy?

We do have a 7 days’ full refund policy for new subscribers provided the request for refund is validated.
